WHAT DOES THIS INCLUDE?
This is our most hands-on event production scope where we take care of every aspect, from contracting and venue sourcing to logistics, vendor management, design and décor, audio/visual, entertainment and artist booking, and day of execution. Whether you're hosting an intimate gathering for 100 guests or an outdoor extravaganza for 10,000, our goal-oriented approach ensures a beautifully produced event. To many clients, the idea of taking on this large of a scope on their own is overwhelming to consider, and we are able to step in to manage the entire process for you so you can focus on your core work of getting people to the event! Lott Entertainment is a boutique firm who manages our client load to be certain we are able to accommodate heavy lifting for a small number of projects each year. Meaning, we will not take on more clients than we can handle. This ensures you will receive the most thorough planning and our utmost attention on your event.
